Attn: Home Not Alone:Personal Recommendation

Home Not Alone has provided me with Caregivers for over a year, and I have been very pleased with the level of care I have received.   The caliber of the CAREGIVERS is excellent.  They are caring and knowledgeable and willing.  I feel fortunate indeed to have found an agency that has such high standards and can provide such care.

Those of us who require in-home care are often vulnerable and  dependent and the quality of care is essential to our well-being. Therefore I can sincerely               recommend Home Not Alone.

Sincerely,

Evelyn S.

To Whom it May Concern,

Home Not Alone was responsible for my father’s care from May 2006 until March    2007.

My experience with them has been nothing but positive. They are courteous, hard-  working, caring and efficient. Every effort was made to meet my father’s needs       from driving him to dialysis—at 5:00 am!—to housekeeping and grocery                shopping.
In my experience, the caretakers went above and beyond the call of duty and in a   sense became second family members. I would highly recommend Carolyn, Tim     and David to anyone.

Additionally, JoAnna and Jeana are always there to help out. They possess             professionalism, caring and humor in great quantities.

Dear HOME NOT ALONE-

When you talk to people who think they need help, you can tell them I said that life's plans don't always work out as hoped.

Several months ago I fell outside my front door and cracked my head open on some large rocks. In the space of a moment, I went from being fully independent to losing my independence.  For quite a while  I needed assistance with nearly everything: driving to appointments, shopping for groceries; cleaning the house, washing clothes and all other daily needs.

The morning after my fall, I awoke to find that HOME NOT ALONE had sent a        compatible person to be my Care-Giver.   I couldn't believe how fast they got her here.  From then on Rexetta was always available to take care of all my needs and make my life pleasurable.  I didn't want to be dependent but she helped give me a new refreshing look at life.  I was so lucky to have an available, dependable and cheerful provider like Rexetta.

Independence has always been a strong desire in my life and if I can't have that, then having a Care-Giver like her is the next best thing.

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is written as a reference/recommendation for the in-home care agency, Home Not Alone, owned and operated by Dr. David Stephen.

In November of 2003, my father, who is now 88 years old, fell in the kitchen of his home. He lives alone because my mother has been in a nursing home since November 2000. After his fall, I was at the house every day helping him out of bed, helping him with his shower, doing his grocery shopping, etc., etc. Up to that point, he had been mostly self-sufficient. I was becoming exhausted trying to care for him as well as check on my mom. Not long after that, I happened to be in a medical supply store and saw a brochure for Home Not Alone. What a blessing that was!

After convincing my father that he needed some help if he was going to stay in his home, I contacted Dr. Stephen and we set up a time to meet. Within a week Dr. Stephen met with us again and and brought a caregiver to introduce to us. This caregiver has been wonderful and has not only helped with his daily needs but also has improved his nutrition and over-all health.

Just this last week, his caregiver was in a serious automobile accident. Once again, Dr. Stephen stepped up. Within a few days, they met with me and my father and brought an interim caregiver who is also doing a wonderful job.

Home Not Alone is run in a very professional and caring manner. Anytime I have had a concern about my father's care, I have not hesitated to call and ask for clarification or help. Dr. Stephen has always taken time to listen and has responded to my concerns in a timely fashion. They seem to have a knack for matching caregivers with those needing in-home help.

I highly recommend Home Not Alone and Dr. David Stephen for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Kathleen Z.

Dear Mr. Stephen,

My husband, Pasquale Varra, and myself would like to extend a sincere "Thank you" for the excellent response we received recently from you and your company, "Home Not Alone".

Not only was response timely, but the quality of care given from your care givers was truly phenomenal.

We highly recommend you and your people in the care-gining field.
